Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Blend’s mobile application, Apple Watch companion app, website, and related services. By using Blend, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use Blend for lawful professional or business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity under your account.

2. Blend Free and Membership

Blend may offer limited free access and paid membership. At launch, Blend Free may include limits such as up to 5 clients, 10 formulas, and 20 inventory products. Features and limits may evolve with notice where required.

Blend Membership is offered through the applicable app marketplace. Current in-app pricing and renewal terms shown before purchase control. Trial eligibility is determined by the marketplace account and its rules.

3. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the marketplace account before renewal. Apple—not Blend—processes the purchase and provides subscription management tools. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Professional responsibility

Blend is an organizational and workflow tool. It does not provide medical, legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or professional treatment advice. You remain responsible for services provided, formulas used, product safety, timing, inventory decisions, client consent, recordkeeping, and compliance with laws and professional standards.

5. Client information and consent

You may only enter, upload, or process information you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions for client notes, photographs, contact details, appointment records, and other personal information.

6. Muse

Muse may generate suggestions, summaries, or interpretations based on available data. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important actions before relying on them. Blend may require confirmation before certain actions, but that does not replace professional judgment.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Blend, interfere with security, access another user’s records without authorization, upload unlawful or infringing content, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or use Blend to harm others.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of professional content you enter. You grant Blend a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide and improve the service, protect users, and comply with law.

9. Blend intellectual property

Blend’s software, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by Blend or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service.

10. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. “Coming Soon” features, including Blend Team, are not promised for a particular date.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Blend is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blend and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You may stop using Blend at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, unlawful use, or as required by law. Subscription cancellation remains subject to marketplace procedures.

14. Governing law and disputes

These provisions should be completed based on Blend’s legal entity and principal place of business before public release. Mandatory consumer protections and app marketplace terms continue to apply.
